You will establish authentic relationships with patients and families, coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and implement individualized plans of care using evidence-based nursing.

Qualifikationen

• RN licensure in appropriate state.
• Oncology nursing experience preferred.
• OCN certification within 30 months of employment with agreement.
• Evidence-based nursing knowledge and documentation in EMR.

Aufgaben

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice.
• Coordinates care with physicians, APs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Advocates for patients and families, ensuring patient-centered, culturally competent care.
• Educates patients and caregivers on treatment plans, disease processes, and health promotion.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
• Participates in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and professional development.
