Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and provide professional nursing care.
• Assess health status through patient interviews and exams.
• Administer therapies under physician direction and manage medications.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safe, accurate documentation.
• Provide psychosocial support and patient/family education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and coordinate care.
