Job summary

CARTI is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide on-site patient care within oncology and infusion settings. You will coordinate with physicians and staff, educate patients and families, and manage patient records and care plans.

The role requires active AR nursing licensure, BLS, and chemotherapy certification within 90 days. Some travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN from an accredited College of Nursing.
• BLS certification required.
• Valid Arkansas state nursing license.
• Chemotherapy certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site patient care and coordinate care with physicians and staff.
• Teach patients about disease, treatment information, support services, and counseling options.
• Triaging calls, resolving patient issues, and coordinating with physicians for action.
• Administer/evaluate programs and maintain patient charts and records.
• Coordinate care with homecare or other services and stay updated on hematology/oncology treatments.
