Job summary

Marion Health is seeking an Oncology RN to join our Medical Oncology Team in Marion, IN. The RN will provide evidence-based care with chemotherapy administration, assess and coordinate patient plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to advance treatment outcomes.

The role requires an Indiana RN license and BLS certification, with orientation support to obtain any required certifications. Experience in oncology or medical-surgical settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Indiana Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification or must obtain during Orientation and prior to reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate competent, evidence-based care, including chemotherapy administration.
• Perform assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to advance the patient plan of care.
• Participate in teaching, mentoring and clinical decision making.
