Mercy is seeking an experienced RN to provide direct patient care and coordinate treatment plans within a collaborative team. You will apply the nursing process, safeguard patient rights, and work across departments to ensure quality outcomes.

Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure in the state or a compact state, ACLS and BLS certification, and the ability to meet physical demands.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the hiring state or compact licensure
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification or completed within 30 days of hire
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform standing/walking duties

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers
• Coordinates patient care with other departments
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality
