Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Rocky Mountain Oncology Center in Casper, WY. The RN will deliver direct patient care in outpatient oncology, collaborate with physicians and other providers, and support cancer patients through their treatment journey.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering medications, documenting care, maintaining a safe environment, and upholding infection control.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule as necessary.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field, preferred.
• Active RN license for the state of Wyoming in good standing.
• At least 1 year of RN experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient care needs by establishing rapport with patients.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors effects.
• Maintains accurate documentation in patient records.
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team.
• Ensures infection control and safe medication handling.
• Supports patient education and family counseling.
