Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical patient care per shift.
• Oversees supervision of staff to whom care is delegated.
• Supports CNO to ensure high quality, safe nursing care and resource management.
• Coordinates patient care based on the nursing process.
• Administers medications safely and timely per hospital policy.
• Fulfills all HICS responsibilities during emergencies.
