Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing or Multistate license with NJ endorsement
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification (ACLS within 6 months from hire) and OCN preferred
• Minimum 3 years of recent acute care hospital experience; oncology experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes to intervene early
• Administer safe, evidence-based medications and hands-on care with strong clinical judgment
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families clearly and compassionately for the next phase of care
• Document accurately in the EMR (EPIC) to ensure continuity and safety
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and promote seamless communication
