Job summary

Intermountain Health's St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT seeks a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. You will supervise LPNs and CNAs, collaborate with the clinical team and ensure compliance with policies.

The role requires an RN license in the state, an ASN/ADN with BSN to be completed within four years of hire, and BLS-HCP certification on hire or within 60 days. 36 scheduled hours weekly with an hourly range of $38.37–$57.29.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice is required.
• BSN must be completed within four years from hire unless 15+ years RN experience in acute care.
• BLS-HCP certification on hire or within 60 days; ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate for unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs.
• Participate in clinical team conferences.
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures.
