Job summary

Intermountain Health's St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care while coordinating with the health team. The RN will oversee LPNs and CNAs and participate in clinical conferences to ensure quality care.

The role requires an RN license, BSN within four years (unless 15+ years acute care experience), and BLS-HCP certification; 36 scheduled weekly hours with a pay range of $38.37–$57.29 per hour.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• RN license in state of practice required.
• BSN within four years of hire unless 15+ years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs.
