Job summary

Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care across units, coordinating assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care. The staff RN will oversee LPNs and CNAs, ensure compliance with documentation guidelines, and participate in clinical team conferences.

A BSN within four years (or 15 years RN experience) is encouraged, and a current RN license plus BLS-HCP is required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• RN with ASN/ADN must complete a BSN within four years unless exempt by experience.
• Current RN license in state of practice and BLS-HCP certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs.
• Participate in clinical team conferences and follow guidelines.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively with patients and families.
• Develop and follow individualized treatment plans.
