Oncology RN Case Manager - Remote in Nebraska

Join UnitedHealth Group as a Telephonic Oncology RN Case Manager supporting our oncology patient population. This role involves providing education, advocacy, and resource coordination to improve health outcomes. The position offers flexible remote work for Nebraska residents, with core hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, including one late evening per week.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Assessing patient health status via outbound calls
• Identifying treatment gaps and barriers
• Collaborating with Medical Directors on complex cases
• Educating patients on disease management and healthy lifestyle changes
• Coordinating care and post-discharge services
• Evaluating healthcare service appropriateness and efficiency for utilization management

This role requires active and unrestricted RN licensure in multiple US states, with willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recent oncology experience, including chemotherapy administration, and proficiency with data entry and Windows environments.

Preferred qualifications include a BSN, OCN certification, CCM, and managed care background. The salary range is $59,500 to $116,600 annually, based on experience and qualifications, with comprehensive benefits and incentives.
