Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an Oncology RN for a 13-week assignment in Bridgeport, CT. Work 4x12-hour day shifts from 07:00 to 19:30 on a 426-bed short-term acute care hospital. You will float to medical-surgical units as needed and care for adults and geriatric patients receiving chemotherapy.

Requirements include state RN license, chemo certification, BLS, NIHSS, and Epic charting experience. Prior charge experience is a plus; patient education and port management are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must have chemo certification and Epic charting experience.
• RN with oncology specialization; 13-week contract, 4x12h day shifts.
• Ability to float to other units and provide patient care as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and monitor patients for side effects.
• Manage ports and IV therapy; educate patients.
• Follow safety protocols for cytotoxic spills; collaborate with pharmacy and PT.
• Float to other medical-surgical units as required; care for adults and geriatrics.
