MetroHealth Main Campus in Ohio is hiring an RN for the Acute Care Adult Medical Oncology Unit (3 East). You will provide inpatient oncology care, administer IV meds and blood products, perform transfusions, and manage pain and symptoms in a busy medical setting.

Requirements include Ohio RN license, BLS, and chemotherapy certification; BSN preferred. Rotating shifts 7a–7p/7p–7a with weekends/holidays; bi-weekly 72 hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current AHA BLS for healthcare providers or can obtain within 90 days of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of RN experience.
• PRN must possess all required certifications at hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide inpatient oncologic nursing care and symptom management.
• Administer IV medications and blood product transfusions.
• Monitor patient status, vitals, and telemetry as needed.
• Collaborate with LPNs, PCNAs, and providers to plan care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and safety standards.
