Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Acute Care Adult Medical Oncology Unit (3 East) at the MetroHealth Main Campus. The role includes inpatient oncology care, IV therapy, transfusions, and pain management, with opportunities to obtain chemotherapy certification.

The unit supports 30 beds with cross-training for Bone Marrow Transplant and a focus on telemety monitoring and hospice/palliative care principles.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing or a program seeking accreditation.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience.
