Fusion Medical Staffing seeks an experienced Oncology RN to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients across the cancer care continuum. You will administer chemotherapy, monitor treatment response, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in applicable state(s) of practice.
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to oncology patients across treatment phases.
• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and supportive medications safely per protocols.
• Monitor patients for side effects, complications, and treatment response; escalate concerns promptly.
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, side-effect management, and self-care.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Perform thorough assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and follow all safety and infection control standards.
• Advocate for patient needs, pain management, and psychosocial support throughout the cancer care journey.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to Fusion Medical Staffing and facility policies.
