Qualifications

• Retail pharmacy technician experience in a customer-facing role.
• Oncology experience preferred but not required.
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Prepare oral outpatient medications under physician supervision.
• Verify orders for insurance approval before dispensing.
• Greet patients at drop-off/pick-up counters and answer calls.
• Dispose materials properly and maintain a clean work area.
• Check monthly for expired drugs and record inventory.
• Perform inventory control and reorder supplies as directed.
