Job summary

Beverly Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Oncology Clinical Research for a 40-hour week on the day shift. The role supports clinical trials from protocol implementation through patient care and data monitoring, within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include patient recruitment and consent, coordination with physicians and researchers, and direct patient care with scheduling and follow-up. Some remote work flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• Must have superb organizational and communication skills.
• Research and oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hematology/oncology physicians, nurses, pharmacy and support staff within the BILH network.
• Assist investigators to meet study needs.
• Recruit and consent patients for trials.
• Provide both supportive and direct patient care for trial participants, including scheduling, symptom monitoring and follow-up.
• Participate as an active member on multidisciplinary tumor boards and department committees.
