Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is seeking a Research Oncology Informatics Pharmacist to support investigational therapies within Epic. You will design, build, and maintain investigational medication records in Willow and treatment plans in Beacon, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Pharmacist in Massachusetts required.
• 3–5 years related work experience required.
• Experience with Epic in informatics/patient care.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple, competing demands.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Practices according to applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains credentials and ensures protection of rights of research subjects.
• Reviews and educates staff on adult research chemotherapy treatment plans in Epic.
• Develops and maintains Willow and Beacon treatment plans.
• Coordinates QA, data analysis, and documentation of treatment plans throughout lifecycle.
• Collaborates with DF/HCC teams to support investigational agents and study conduct.
• Reviews protocols to ensure proper study conduct and updates protocols as needed.
• Implements quality improvement initiatives and participates in multidisciplinary committees.
