Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Research Oncology Informatics Pharmacist to support investigational therapies within Epic. You will design and maintain medication records in Willow and treatment plans in Beacon, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance while collaborating with investigators and clinical staff to advance clinical research and patient care.

Requires Massachusetts pharmacist license and 3–5 years of experience, with expertise in Epic informatics, data analysis, and QA.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
Licensed Registered Pharmacist in Massachusetts.
3–5 years related work experience.
Experience with Epic in informatics or patient care setting.
Proven ability to prioritize multiple, competing demands.
Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access) and other web-based tools.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain investigational medication records in Willow and treatment plans in Beacon.
Provide oversight of adult research chemotherapy treatment plans for accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with investigators, nurses, and staff to review and approve new treatment plans in Epic.
Develop and maintain QA, data analysis, and documentation for research treatment plan lifecycle.
Support communication between study teams, sponsors, and DF/HCC institutions to ensure proper management of investigational agents.
