Job summary

Tennessee Oncology in Nashville is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide safe, high-quality cancer care across the treatment continuum. You will collaborate with physicians and SCRI teams to support patient care and research documentation.

Responsibilities include administering chemo, port management, triage, and patient education, with emphasis on compassionate care and accurate EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Current TN or compact state RN license.
• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy card within 6 months of hire.
• Current BLS provider card.
• Oncology certification strongly recommended within 2 years.
• Experience in outpatient facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and performs direct patient care in oncology settings.
• Administers chemotherapy and other treatments per standards.
• Performs triage and clinical assessments to address patient needs.
• Documents in the EMR and coordinates with care teams.
• Educates patients and families about treatment and side effects.
