Job summary

Intermountain Health's St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT seeks a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practice and a collaborative nursing process.

The role requires an RN license in the state, BLS-HCP certification, and ability to supervise LPNs/CNAs, participate in clinical rounds, and comply with policies. A BSN must be completed within four years.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice is required (Montana).
• BLS-HCP certification upon hire or within 60 days. ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate for unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients’ needs and plan individualized care.
• Oversee care by LPNs/CNAs and participate in clinical team conferences.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately; comply with guidelines and documentation.
• Operate computers and other office equipment; read monitors and documents.
• Remain present for required time; assist with lifting and transporting objects as needed.
