Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse at St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care, coordinating with the health team, and supervising LPNs/CNAs in a 36-hour week environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• ASN/ADN degree holder must complete BSN within four years from hire unless 15+ years RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Current RN license in the state of practice is required.
• BLS-HCP certification on hire or within 60 days; ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate for unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' physical and psychological needs.
• Foster quality of care with patients' best interests in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively with patients and families.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs and participate in clinical conferences.
• Follow hospital policies, guidelines and documentation requirements.
