- Some potential calls depending on the confirmed schedule and credentialing.
Travel & Reimbursement:
- Driving Distance: Round-trip mileage & lodging covered.
- Flights: Indicate necessity on the Stratum form if applicable
Reference Requirements:
- At least two professional references must be completed at the time of presentation.
- References should be from recent colleagues or medical directors who can attest to the provider s skills, experience, and professionalism.
