Job description

Coverage Needed:

• Start Date: August 1, 2025
• Part-time schedule
• Shifts from 8 AM to 4 PM
• Estimated 1 shift per month

Clinical Details:

• Patient load: 10-15 daily treatments
• Weekly OTV visits on Wednesdays
• Consultations: 1-2 per week, up to 3-4, each 45 minutes
• EMR: EPIC
• No on-call duties
• Support staff available

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
• Active Illinois state license
• DEA and CSR licenses
• ACLS, BLS
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Privileges: Full and Temp available
