An established industry player seeks a dedicated Radiation Oncologist to join their team at a free-standing cancer center. This role offers a full-time schedule with a supportive environment, including a nurse practitioner and a shared call schedule. The ideal candidate will be board certified or eligible in Radiation Oncology and possess a Michigan state license. You'll be responsible for managing a patient population of adults, utilizing advanced techniques like 3D Radiotherapy and Stereotactic Radiosurgery. Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology.
• Full-time availability required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Order tests and images, prescribe treatments for patients.
• Manage outpatient volume of 10-15 patients per day.

• March 2025 - ongoing
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Call Schedule: 24-hour call shared with one other physician

Clinical Details:

• Practice Setting: Free-Standing Cancer Center
• Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2
• Call Ratio: 1:2
• Number of Physicians in Practice: 2
• Support Staff: 1 Nurse Practitioner
• Average Outpatient Volume: 10-15 patients per day
• Patient Population: Adult & Hospital Based
• EMR Systems: Aria & Epic

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
• Michigan State License
• BLS Certification
• Full-time availability
• Required Procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation (3D-CRT, IGRT, IMRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
• Required Duties: Order tests, order images, prescribe treatments
