The position requires an active Illinois medical license, DEA, CSR license, BLS certification, and at least one year of experience. The provider will work solo covering the clinic Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekends, holidays, or call required. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, simulation, dosimetry treatment planning, radiation therapy prescription, weekly assessments, post-treatment follow-up, and daily image checks for treatment verification. The facility averages patients under treatment daily and handles external beam treatments, OTVs, and follow-ups. Providers must supervise procedures for compliance and manage consults and follow-ups.
