Position Details:

• Facility: CHI Health Good Samaritan
• Setting: Clinic
• Patient Population: 60% adult, 40% geriatric
• Responsibilities: Provide radiation oncology services, including supervision of other healthcare providers
• Required Procedures: Provider must be able to perform SRS and SBRT
• EMR System: EPIC, Mosaiq
• Support Staff: One APP will provide coverage
• Reason for Coverage: Vacation coverage
• Average Scheduled Patients per Day: 20

• April 14 April 17 (8:00 AM 4:30 PM)

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certification: Required
