• Types of Cases: General radiation oncology cases
• Credentialing: 90 days (default assumption), emergency privileges available

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Must be Board Certified in Radiation Oncology
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Licensure: Pennsylvania license required
