A healthcare organization seeks a Clinical Data Lead to enhance data accuracy and partner satisfaction. This role involves managing data quality tasks, mentoring new staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. Job Summary:Under the direction of a Manager or Senior Manager, the Clinical Data Lead is an integral part of the account team as the subject matter expert, ensuring partner satisfaction through management of all quality tasks including new team member orientation, pre-submission cleaning of cases, validation of abstractor accuracy (IRR), completion of Fallout Reviews and the Second Look process.

The target wage range for this role is $35.00 – $38.00 per hour. In addition to your base pay, you can earn up to a 5% annual bonus as a reward for your impact and contributions to our shared success!Individual wage rates within this range are based on multiple factors including but not limited to skills, experiences, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational considerations. Wage ranges are reviewed, at minimum, annually and all team members are eligible for performance-based wage rate increases annually.
