Job summary

Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center in Baton Rouge, LA, seeks a Practice Manager to oversee a high-volume outpatient oncology clinic. You will lead clinical and administrative staff, ensure exceptional patient care, efficiency, compliance, and physician support.

The role partners with physicians, nursing leadership, pharmacy, infusion, lab and imaging to meet organizational goals and deliver outstanding patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Masters in Healthcare Administration / Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare administration and/or management.
• Knowledge of ICD9/10 coding a plus.
• Experience with management objectives / physician scheduling highly preferred.
