Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5 years starting IVs, 3 years infusion therapy, and 2 years with peripheral catheter placement, with an active FL RN license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• BSN or ASN from ACEN/CCNE with at least one year of relevant experience.
• Florida RN license and BLS certification required.
• Experience starting IVs and placing PICC lines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate care for cancer patients with IV access.
• Provides patient and family education tailored to learning needs.
• Participates in evidence-based improvement activities and regulatory compliance.
