Details

The Oncology Division in the Department of Internal Medicine (DOIM) in the Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine, at the University of Utah and Huntsman Cancer Institute (HCI), is recruiting an outstanding clinician specializing in melanoma/skin cancers. The selected applicant will be appointed as Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in the clinical or tenure track. Responsibilities include providing clinical care and leading clinical or translational research across our main campus, community, and affiliate hospital locations. This position supports Huntsman Cancer Institute's strategic goal to deliver integrated, high-value cancer care throughout the Intermountain West. The successful candidate will also have opportunities to participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop clinical research programs.

Minimum Qualifications: Medical Degree, eligible for ABIM board certification in Oncology.

Educational programs include a combined Oncology/Hematology Fellowship, PhD and MD/PhD training, and a Physician-Scientist Training Program. We are committed to supporting junior faculty development through various institutional training initiatives.
