Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Oncology Physician for locum tenens coverage in Worcester, MA. Schedule consists of 10-hour shifts Tue–Fri with 12–15 patient encounters per day and hematology/oncology procedures, including bone marrow biopsies as preferred.

The role requires active Massachusetts license, Board Certification, Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology, and DEA/CSR certifications, with a 90-day credentialing window. Epic is used for charting and orders across the care teams.

Qualifications

• EMR: Epic system used for documentation and orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide hematology/oncology care as locum tenens.
• Coordinate patient care with inpatient and outpatient teams.
• Perform bone marrow biopsy when required (preferred).
• Document care in Epic EMR and collaborate with colleagues.
