Responsibilities

• Perform individualized evaluations and design goal-directed treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results clearly to physicians and care team.
• Develop and implement plans using clinical reasoning and problem solving.
• Supervise PT aides and rehabilitation technicians as needed.
• Ensure documentation complies with regulatory and payer requirements.
