The Cancer & Hematology Centers is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to oversee the Pharmacy Technician team and support inventory maintenance, billing compliance and purchasing at our Michigan locations. You will also perform staff-level technician work when needed.

Qualifying candidates hold a Licensed Michigan Pharmacy Technician credential, with preferred business administration education and prior oncology or infusion pharmacy experience.

Qualificações

• Licensed Michigan Pharmacy Technician.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Experience in retail and/or infusion pharmacy; Oncology and management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Pharmacy Technicians workloads to optimize team performance.
• Monitor technician performance and conduct formal reviews; support corrective action as needed.
• Oversee scheduling and time/travel reimbursement records in compliance with policies.
• Assist in training new technicians to ensure policy compliance.
• Interpret and analyze detailed pharmacy reports from systems (QS/1, Nucleus, OncoEMR) for management review.
• Assist in reconciliation of retail pharmacy claims and payments.
