Global Force USA is seeking an Oncology Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Hinsdale, IL. The role focuses on medication management, inventory tracking, and collaboration with billing and research teams to support clinical trial protocols.

The ideal candidate has a pharmacy tech certification, oncology experience, and strong attention to detail. The position is full-time at 30 hours per week, with early CST shifts and occasional travel to Lenox, IL as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Pharmacy Technician Certification required.
• Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician in an oncology setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy procedures, medication management, and clinical trial protocols.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent communication with medical and research teams.

Responsibilities

• Pharmacy Maintenance & Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and sanitize daily.
• Billing Coordination: Work with Billing Company to track approvals and monitor treatments/refills (PDS).
• Inventory Management: Check/restock medication inventory daily; create weekly medication list; submit to Physician; assign inventory in IMS cabinet; receive/store shipments.
• Medication Labeling & Documentation: Print QSI labels and file associated cards; obtain audit reports and signatures from Physician.
