Job summary

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Graduated from an accredited Pharmacy Technician training program or licensure as outlined in Florida Statutes, Section 465.014.
- Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT/RPT).
- Newly graduated from a Pharmacy Technician Training program and/or less than 1 year as a Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT).
Responsibilities
- Process prescriptions and assist in patient care under direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Assist in medical records review, insurance authorization review, and communication with patient/provider teams.
- Handle inventory stewardship and maintain records and reports as required by law.
- Prepare and distribute pharmaceutical and investigational preparations following USP standards.
