Qualifications
Current licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Maryland.
Experience in hematologic malignancies preferred.
IV Certification within 90 days upon hire unless exempted.
Responsibilities
Provide and oversee pharmacotherapy for patients with hematologic malignancies.
Educate, monitor, and support patients throughout their oral anticancer therapy.
Serve as a resource for drug information and toxicity management.
