Job summary

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy and completion of a residency or equivalent hospital experience.
• 3–5 years pharmacist experience or equivalent training at another institution.
• Must be eligible for Michigan licensure within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee oral anticancer therapy management and safety protocols.
• Consult complex oncology pharmacy cases with interdisciplinary teams.
• Counsel patients on medication administration, interactions, and adherence.
• Lead education programs for staff, residents, and students.
• Maintain current knowledge of oncology pharmacotherapy and guidelines.
