Responsibilities include compounding per USP 797/800 guidelines, maintaining temperature and compliance records, and ensuring safe handling of hazardous drugs.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist required.
• Proficient with USP 797/800 guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Prepare chemotherapy and biologic medications under aseptic technique.
• Verify patient information and ensure that the drug to be prepared matches the physician's order.
• Manage drug inventory and restock medications.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous drugs per OSHA/NIOSH.
• Maintain temperature logs and documentation for all drugs.
