Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree required.
• California Pharmacy license required.
• ASHP PGY2 oncology residency or 1 year oncology experience.
• Recent oncology experience within 5 years.
• BCOP preferred.
• Infusion pharmacy experience preferred.
• EPIC/Beacon experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple UCLA Health sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and review of patient medication profiles.
• Reviewing and verifying physician medication orders and patient records.
• Check IV products and promote safe medication use.
