• Determine dosing based on age, weight, and organ function.
• Collaborate with hematology/oncology and inpatient pharmacy for inpatient/outpatient care.
• Prepare chemotherapy and investigational medications.
• Attend rounds and participate in interdisciplinary care.
• Develop and maintain pharmacy protocols and safety initiatives.
• Mentor staff and participate in committees.
