About You
You will be a dedicated and experienced Oncology Nurse with a valid NMC registration, possessing a strong background in SACT Education and/or relevant qualifications. You should have a deep understanding of oncology clinical procedures, national guidelines, and regulatory compliance. Your leadership experience, whether as a charge nurse, nurse supervisor, or in another managerial role, has developed your ability to motivate, influence, and lead diverse stakeholders without direct line management responsibilities.
Your excellent relationship management skills enable you to build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. You are proficient in coordinating care, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with clinical procedures and standards.
You possess a solid understanding of nursing leadership and management, supported by relevant certifications, and are a strategic thinker capable of analyzing problems and making decisions based on data and best practices. You are committed to continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest in nursing care, management techniques, and healthcare trends. Additionally, you are skilled in using electronic health records (EHR) systems, nursing software, and relevant technology to support your practice.
