Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, Lakewood Ranch Silver Run Office, is seeking a Patient Financial Navigator to monitor and collect patients' financial responsibilities and keep insurance benefits up to date in OncoEMR and Centricity. The role supports Managed Care and patient financial navigation daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a healthcare setting or medical office preferred.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10 coding and insurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and collect patients' financial responsibilities.
• Keep patients' insurance benefits up to date in OncoEMR and Centricity.
• Perform daily tasks of Managed Care and Patient Financial Navigator.
