Illinois Cancer Specialists in Crystal Lake, IL, seeks a Nursing Supervisor (Full-Time, Salaried) to oversee nursing operations at Crystal Lake and Elgin clinics, manage staffing and policy compliance, and ensure high-quality patient care within budget. Salary range: $91,000–$96,000 with benefits.

The ideal candidate: BSN/MSN preferred, active RN license, CPR, 5+ years RN experience with oncology (3+ in leadership); oncology certification and chemotherapy/Immunotherapy provider card preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN or MSN preferred.
• Current RN state license and registration in practicing state.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing clinical support activities.
• Establishes and maintains nursing personnel files.
• Ensures licensing and certification criteria are met.
• Reviews and revises clinical policies and procedures.
• Ensures staffing levels for assigned clinics.
• Monitors patient satisfaction and quality assurance.
• Directs use of charge codes and educates staff on reimbursement guidelines.
• Develops new services and activities for patients, families and staff.
