Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse or registered nurse with current state license.
• Minimum 5 years related experience including 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of physician practice management and basic fiscal/Hr concepts.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize work and direct others in clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily physician practice operations to ensure quality patient care.
• Mentor staff and perform performance evaluations as needed.
• Utilize IDX and other computer applications to support operations and patient care.
• Communicate policies to staff and coordinate with Clinic Manager on issues.
• Assist in recruitment, orientation, and staff development to maintain service quality.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and address concerns on site.
• Serve as liaison between patients, government agencies, and payors.
• Collaborate with administration, physicians and staff on revenue and expenses.
• Lead quality initiatives and safety activities; ensure HIPAA compliance.
