Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required and Master's Degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum 5 years inpatient oncology RN experience.
• Bone Marrow Transplant/Leukemia RN experience preferred.
• RN license in good standing and CNS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides expert-level consultation and advises clinical staff on diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Plans and delivers staff and patient education on plans of care for patients and families.
• Participates in research and evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes.
• Deliver patient care in the clinical environment and support health promotion.
• Support onboarding, competency development, and real-time practice guidance.
