Saint Luke’s East Oncology Clinic in Lee’s Summit is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the oncology clinic and infusion services. This leadership role emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and growing autonomy as expertise advances.

The position requires current RN licensure, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and oncology experience. OCN certification or willingness to obtain is preferred, with a focus on staff development and high-quality patient

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher.
• Oncology nursing experience strongly preferred.
• OCN certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day clinical operations within the oncology clinic and infusion center.
• Mentor nursing and clinical staff to promote patient-centered care.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Ensure safe, efficient, high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and staff development.
• Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory initiatives.
