As the leader, you will supervise clinical operations, coordinate staffing and workflows, mentor staff, ensure safe, high-quality care, and support QA and regulatory initiatives.

• Current RN licensure required.

The Nurse Supervisor will oversee clinical operations, staff coordination, and patient care delivery while gaining proficiency in both clinic and infusion workflows. An oncology background is strongly preferred. ***Schedule: Full-time, Flexible scheduling options: Five 8-hour shifts, or Four 10-hour shifts. Supervise assigned clinical departments. Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies QA regulatory compliance OSHA maintenance of clinical equipment and regular staff meetings. Also responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions discipline and staff evaluations. Assist clinical staff as needed. Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.
